Good resistance to abrasive wear, sliding wear, friction, and oxidation up to about
1020°F, corrosion resistant. 13 Subgroup - Similar to 1010 products but lower hardness,
less resistant to chemical attack, better grindability. 105 Subgroup - dense coatings,
resistant to wear by fibers, highest dielectric strength of all aluminum oxide
coatings, erosion resistant at high temperatures from 1550-3000°F. |
